3. General Conduct and Code of Ethics

  • Maintain professionalism and respect in all internal and external interactions.
  • Discrimination, harassment, and unethical behavior are strictly prohibited.
  • Confidentiality of all company and client data must be upheld at all times.

4. Work Hours & Attendance

  • Standard Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+1), Monday to Friday
  • Break Time: 1-hour lunch break between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM
  • All team members are expected to check in daily and communicate any absence or delay in advance.

5. Remote Work (Work from Home)

Migher World Technologies supports remote work arrangements to promote flexibility and efficiency.

Remote Work Guidelines:

  • Team members must ensure access to a stable internet connection and a functional laptop.
  • Be available and reachable during official work hours.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and daily check-ins.
  • Submit progress updates via designated tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, ClickUp).
  • Maintain a secure and distraction-free remote work environment.

Security & Privacy:

  • Protect sensitive company and client data.
  • Avoid working in public areas where information could be compromised.
  • Use secure login credentials and authorized communication tools.

6. Leave Policy

Types of Leave:

  • Annual Leave: 20 working days per calendar year
  • Sick Leave: Up to 10 working days, with medical documentation if more than 2 consecutive days
  • Public Holidays: In accordance with official public holidays in your location
  • Emergency or Special Leave: Subject to approval

Leave Requests:

  • Must be submitted via the official platform at least 3 days in advance.
  • Emergency leave should be communicated as soon as possible.

7. Use of Company Resources

  • Company-provided devices and software are for professional use only.
  • Any damage or loss must be reported immediately.
  • Misuse of resources may lead to disciplinary action.

8. Performance & Accountability

  • Team members are evaluated based on deliverables, innovation, collaboration, and reliability.
  • Regular check-ins and performance reviews will be conducted.
  • Productivity tools and KPIs help track progress.

9. Communication Guidelines

  • Use professional tone across all communication channels (email, messaging apps, etc.).
  • Attend scheduled meetings and be respectful of others’ time.
  • Keep task management tools updated.

10. Workplace Culture & Behavior

  • We promote a culture of openness, trust, and teamwork.
  • Unprofessional or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Everyone is responsible for contributing to a positive workplace environment.

11. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • All information shared within the organization is confidential.
  • Work done during employment remains the property of Migher World Technologies.
  • Unauthorized sharing of data or IP is strictly prohibited.

12. Policy Violations

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Suspension
