Roles & Responsibilities

• Remain involved throughout the engagement process
• Participate in client discussions (including technical discussions where applicable)

Migher World will:

• Handle technical discussions, solution design, and delivery
• Support you during client engagements
• Provide guidance and resources to help position opportunities effectively

Support & Collaboration

You may reach out to the Migher World team at any time for technical support, strategy discussions, or assistance with client engagement.
We operate as a collaborative partner, not just a service provider.

Revenue & Compensation

• This is a performance-based partnership
• You earn commission on deals you introduce
• Typical structure: (slightly negotiable, in-case there’s more than meet the eye)

  • 10–20% for one-time projects
  • Ongoing percentage for recurring services

• Final terms are agreed per project based on scope and involvement
• Payments are made after client payments are received

Opportunity Attribution

Opportunities must be registered to be recognized. Attribution is based on introduction and engagement,
and Migher World ensures fair handling of all partner-submitted opportunities.

Professional Conduct

Partners are expected to represent Migher World professionally, communicate in good faith,
and maintain confidentiality of all business and client information.

Flexibility

This partnership is designed to be flexible and adaptable, allowing both parties to agree on terms
that reflect each specific opportunity.
