The story
This is a landmark project. 1network.io launched the first 5G Open-RAN network in West Africa, and Migher World built the digital platform that serves its subscribers, business customers, and investors. The portal handles real-time plan management, coverage verification, and self-care for a 5G subscriber base — a technically demanding challenge given the network's scale and the expectations of enterprise and institutional clients seeking reliable connectivity.
The challenge
Launching West Africa's first 5G network created an immediate digital expectation mismatch — the underlying network was world-class, but the customer-facing portal had to instantly communicate that same quality while handling concurrent traffic surges during launch promotions, plan upgrades, and coverage check requests.
What we did
Migher World decoupled the customer experience from legacy billing systems using a Next.js frontend with Redis caching, allowing real-time plan state and coverage data to be served without exposing the billing API to direct load. The design language communicated premium connectivity infrastructure to both consumer and enterprise audiences.
